​A New Maintenance Facility

This new 13,000 sq. ft. maintenance building on the Childersburg campus includes a 3 large shop bays, a storage mezzanine  staff offices, restrooms and a break room.  This project also illustrates our firm’s track record successfully budgeting and estimating the cost of our projects.  The low bid was 8% under budget, and the average of all seventeen bids received was $13,000 (1.7%) below our estimate.
