Aho Architects, LLC specializes in creating environments for educational clients.  Our work is in both pK-12 and Higher Education, with a strategic focus on Community Colleges.  

Educational facilities represent more than half of the work we do.

Aho Architects has designed Worship spaces, Christian Education facilities, Fellowship/Christian Life centers, Youth/Activity facilities, and Master plans for religious clients.  We have designed  "starter churches" for new congregations, as well as comprehensive new buildings, additions, renovations for established congregations.

Aho Architects specializes in designing new and renovation projects for healthcare clients.  Members of our team have served this market for more than 21 years.

Aho Architects has served governmental clients at local, state, and federal levels.  Representative project types include utilities, city halls and similar municipal offices/facilities, justice facilities (courts, corrections, etc.), police/fire/dispatch, and a variety of other public facilities (libraries, museums, parks).

Sometimes a unique, meaningful, or particularly interesting project comes along which doesn't exactly fit in one of the markets we typically serve.  Many times, our core competencies apply to these projects too, and sometimes we get to learn something new.
